In the event, a product sells out without notice...Jj's will do everything possible including substituting with items equal to, comparable to and usually of better quality in order to fill your order. RETURN POLICY
If You Have A Return You Must Follow The Return Procedure Below:
(A)You must request a RMA number within 10 days of the shippingdate.
(B)You must have permission for return with RMA NUMBER and A WAREHOUSE RETURN ADDRESS or returned packages will be denied upon delivery.
(C)After approval, Item must be returned to the RETURN WAREHOUSE within 15 days OF ORIGINAL SHIPPING DATE TO YOU. Shipping is at your expense. We will not pay for return shipping back to us.
(D)All items must have all paperwork and anything else that was shipped with the item. We will not process partial returns
(E)YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR NAME, RMA NUMBER AND REASON FOR RETURN
(F)ALL RETURNS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE
(G)All refunds are given in the form of company credit which can be used towards another purchase in our online store. No cash is ever refunded. So your best option is to be sure of what you want before you buy it.
